SELECTION OF GUARDS
Personnel with defence, police or security background with physical and mental fitness are given preference and recruited.
After recruiting, following On Job Training are imparted to Security Guards.

Customer Care- Gerenal site instruction
- Conflict Management
- Daily Occurrence book
- Visitor 's register (In/Out register)
- Security Patrolling
- Emergency situation handling
- Fire fighting & prevention
- First aid
- Electronic security equipment operations
- Power of Arrest
- Clients / visitors dealing
- Gate Duties
- Ensuring proper documentation at the gate or reception
- Basic telephone duties and mannerisms
- Car parking and traffic control and much more
Only after the above training, they are employed in work sites. When assigning guards to sites, particular site related briefing is also given to them.
ACCOMMODATION
Security guards are provided with Air Conditioned accommodation along with basic facilities like bed, free water and electricity & recreation.
TRANSPORTATION
Efficient transportation is provided so that the guards reach their places in time and back to their accomodation without much delay.
REPLACEMENT
If any guard is unable to attend his duty due to sickness or any other reason, suitable replacement is provided immediately for that site. Also guard relievers are provided to clients whenever actual guards get weekly duty off.
SUPERVISION
Regular as well as sudden checking are carried out to ensure quality and high standard of services.
REPORTING
As correct reporting and right response will improve the efficiency of the operations, periodical reporting of the security service is done by the supervisors to the management.
